Moving to a new city, indeed a new country, can be difficult. The information and advice provided here will hopefully aid the transition process. The Postgraduate Medical Education Office issues a document every year that aids in helping overseas trainees (fellows and residents) gain information about the various logistical and administrative procedures required for the program, as well as tips to make the transition as smooth as possible.
